How to use

Wear
Wear your MyCA retainers as directed, usually every night after brushing.
Insert
Rinse with cold water, place over or under your teeth, and press gently into place with your fingers.
Remove
Take them out before eating or drinking anything other than water.
Clean
Clean before each use with water and a soft toothbrush or a retainer-safe cleaner.
Store
When you’re not wearing them, keep them in the case provided to protect the fit and material.
Important

Do not bite them into place, use hot water, or force them if they don’t fit comfortably.
